Every session begins with talking

In the session, touch, words, and images are interwoven.

A session is structured so that you first tell me a little about yourself, and then we explore what makes you who you are and use your strengths to address what you want to change. Once we’ve established an intention for the session, we’ll connect our attention to your body through touch and sensation. During this part of the session, which is the largest part, touch, words, images, and intentions are interwoven to follow what’s happening within your body.
